- DHOKLA
Dhokla is one of most popular snack in India, it originated from Gujrat and Gujaratis are known for making Dhoklas. There are many times of Dhoklas, most popular of them are Khaman Dhokla and Meetha Dhokla. 100 Grams of Dhokla has about 160 calories and 5 gram of proteins. it is healthy and tasty!
2. SAMOSA CHAI

Samosa is an awesome snack to fill up your stomach real fast and the tea compliments the Samos, Chai or Tea after Samosa tastes delicious. Calories in an Indian chai cup is 100 approx and in a samosa is about 200, that gives us 300 calories fast, good source of energy and extra weight gain.
3. PAV BHAJI

Pav bhaji originated in Maharasshtra and is now loved by everyone in India. Mixed with vegetables and gravy healthy bhaji and soft breads pav are eaten. I ate Pav Bhaji for first time at Juhu beach, it’s still my best memory as a foody! One plate bhaji with two pav has about 600 calories. It is healthy and good for people wanting to gain energy.
4. SANDWICH
Two big pieces of breads are grilled, vegetables and sauce is put inside of it. It is a qucik and healthy snack, vegetables are beneficial for health. A normal sandwich has about 200 calories .

Flattened rice is fried in a little bit of ghee or oil, with tadka, potatoes or tomatoes can be added to it. Spice could be added as per requirement and delicious stomach filling poha is ready! Poha is very healthy that even your parents would let you eat it everyday! One household plate oh Poha has about 200 calories.
All of these five snacks can be taken weekly at evening and they would great in taste, variety and all healthy in their own ways, specially if cooked well.
